Cabin Leaders
Are you interested in becoming a cabin leader for The Outdoor School? To come and be a part of the program you must be at least sixteen years of age, in good academic standing (if you are a high school student), and selected by a teacher that is bringing their class. If you need more information then talk with your high school guidance counselor or contact. You can also email the Education Director and find out what schools in your area are attending and when they will be coming.
Note: You will be missing at least four days of school and must stay at The Outdoor School during the entire session. You will be asked to work many hours and are responsible for students during quiet hours. No cell phones, candy, I-pods, hair dryers or electronics are allowed. Selected cabin leaders will participate in training upon arrival. You can earn community service hours upon successful completion of the job and by direct request to the Education Director.
